Tonight we had our weekly dinner with Vavó and Vavô. Special treat was "Prima" who was in town. Rosie gave lots of butterfly and Eskimo kisses and also put on quite the concert, songs including Girl On Fire, Barney theme song, Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, Alice in Wonderland, Jingle Bells, and a Rosie original "Prima is a good friend to me". She loves to perform!

Happy 50th Anniversary Vavô and Vavó!

What a special day! Fifty years ago today Vavô and Vavó celebrated their union to each other. Today we celebrated with family. It was so nice to have everyone together. There was a lot of hugs and kisses, laughter, reminiscing, and reconnecting. Here are just some of the highlights:

We're a little behind on the monthly pictures, in part because Rosie is less interested in these photo shoots. So we may phase it out since it seems unfair to make Rosie do something she doesn't enjoy. Though I have my ways to sneak some shots in. Or, like the 29th month photo, we'll just go with goofball pictures (they're usually the best anyway).
