Trip to the beach with Ba, Ong Z, and Zia. We hit the road early and stopped by the nature center to pet some horseshoe crabs. Then it was off to the sand! Rosie was her usual little fish self and kept asking for "water time". The waves were no match for her! A long, sunny, tiring, and beautiful day!

Father's Day and weekend

DaddyO and Rosie had what sounds like an amazing weekend together while I am riding solo. Highlights included a weekend with Vavô and Vavó at Half Moon Bay, Father's Day at their house, painting and catch, and I'm sure lots of cuddles. When Rosie found out DaddyO is not invited to an upcoming baby shower, she got very upset. "That's not fair!" She loves her Daddy!

Solo weekend

DaddyO and Rosie dropped me off at the airport tonight. It is the start of my first solo weekend (ever...? could it be?). Rosie gave me a little scarf of hers to keep. "You can rub it on your cheek when you miss me." So good! I am excited for Rosie and DaddyO to get in quality time together. Had our goodbyes at the airport gone a little differently, I may have become a blubbering mess. Luckily, they are much tougher cookies than I am so we were mostly all smiles. Off to my reunion!
