Fancy dinner and more

Monday: loving Vavó's alphabet soup

Yesterday Rosie and I decided to have a fancy dinner at home. Rosie made the menu, I was the chef (he insisted on calling me chef for the rest of the evening), set a fancy table with fancy glasses and dishes, changed into a fancy outfit. Rosie learned the phrase, "compliments to the chef."

DaddyO and Rosie at Costco:

Rosie: Daddy, I want the cereal with nuts.
DaddyO: Alright, but we have to tell Mom not to bring it to school* in the mornings.
Rosie: Da-ad, Mom's the one that knows all the rules.

Frozen friends

Friday and Saturday night we hung out with friends, most of which were as entranced by Frozen as Rosie. There was a lot of sing along time!

Beach day, cont.

We were in Alameda for a fridns's 3rd birthday party. It is gorgeous here in the bay, temps at 80 degrees. We met some good people, caught up with old friends, and got in a lot of birthday beach fun.
