sitting meditation

To the untrained eye this video is just of a sitting baby. But to the baby expert, this is a pretty cool milestone! Rosa's not reliable on her own yet but she's close. Next we work on her mindful breathing...!

    She's so big and strong! Can't wait to hug her again:) Maybe she'll be able to hug back by then hehe!

    Hearts will melt when she does! Right now her hugs are more attempts to stay upright but she's close. We'll start training for our next reunion!
