Early this morning, before any of us woke up, Ba Ngoai went to the Y for her last outdoor swim. After bags were packed, we walked downtown and got breakfast. It was such a nice morning that we ended up eating outside, warmed by the sun. On the ride home Rosie was kind enough to share her sweet ride with Ba Ngoai.
The walk back was so nice we didn't realize the time and had to rush through a photoshoot and then head to the airport. There, Rosie and Mom saw Ba Ngoai off all the way through security.

Dad and Mom then spent the night trying to organize Rosie's closet, while Rosie did her best to play Destroyer during the whole process. Among the gems we found buried in her closet was this one outfit a family friend from Connecticut gave us last year. It seems to fit perfectly now! I seriously couldn't breath from laughing so much.
Unfortunately, Ong Ba Ngoai called to FaceTime 5 minutes too late and Rosie had already taken off her snowsuit. Ba Ngoai had arrived safely in CT, and we chatted with Ong Ngoai, Di T, and Ong C from Arizona who is there for a visit. Di T made Rosie laugh, which is her specialty. At the end of the call Rosie was talking to Ba Ngoai and she went crawling straight for the iPad. She stood up and cried for Ba Ngoai. It looked like she was going to try and jump into the screen and into Ba Ngoai's arms. Talk about pulling at the heart strings! We miss you Ba Ngoai!
