lunch date and doctor's appointment

This morning we woke up in Livermore and had a relaxing breakfast with Vavô and Vavó. Rosie had to practice pretend picking Vavô's grapes after a few fell victim to her fingers, but once she got the hang of it she was gladly pretend picking them to share with us. And boy is pretend grape consumption tiring!

For lunch we headed back to San José where we had a pho-making lunch date with good friends A and L. The pho was Rosie-approved:

After lunch Rosie had some business to take care of. Including making calls on the graphing calculator:

...and calls on the accounting calculator:

We relaxed a bit and scarfed down some tasty, freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies and then headed to Kaiser for a well-check up for Rosie.

Here are here stats:
Weight: 20.3 lbs, in the 0.83%. While she's still in the <1 according="according" doctor="doctor" good="good" looking="looking" p="p" rosie="rosie" s="s" said="said" scale.="scale." she="she" the="the" to="to">Height: 31.4" (2'7.4"), in the 19%
Head: 19.02", in the 84%

Rosie did really well with the doctor, letting her prod around and shine bright lights in her eyes, ears, and mouth. Aside from a loud protest when having to get dressed, it was a pretty uneventful visit. No needles this time! The doctor said since things are looking find this appointment can be in place of the 2-year well visit. So if all goes well we see the doc at year 3!
