4th of July

What a scorcher! We slowly woke up and had breakfast at Dean's Cafe downtown. The temperature was rising quickly but we wanted to spend some time outside so we stopped by Robertson Park to stick out feet in the creek.



The water was so fresh and deep (for the creek), and the banks shady so we decided to grab bathing suits and towels and hung out for a while. It was perfect! The only reason to leave was Rosie's nap time so we headed home to rest. After naps and vegging out to King's Speech, we took refuge at the mall.



There we scored a necklace for my fingerprint charm from Mother's Day and some more summer clothes. Then it was off to Tio and Tia's house for a BBQ and fireworks.



It was great hanging out with the family and then venturing off into the Las Positas vineyard for an amazing view of the fireworks and Bay. Had some fun on Vine:
